Embedding Videos

You can easily embed a video in a page (like for example http://www.srichinmoycentre.org/whr) by adding the following into your page, surrounded by square brackets (we cant include the brackets here, or else a video will display instead :) ).

• The "file" part gives the link to the video. For the main www.srichinmoycentre.org site, we are linking directly to the "Podcast" sized files on Sri Chinmoy TV. To get the link, just visit the page on srichinmoy.tv that contains the video you want, right click on the "Podcast" link and copy the link location. Then just paste this link into the "file" section

• The "image" contains the preview image for the site, and this must be uploaded on to the site - for best results the image should be 330 x 270 wide, the same as the video. For videos loaded from srichinmoy.tv you can upload the image on the page with the video links. However, we already have a good selection of preview images loaded in the image filesystem at /images/video - check if the image isn't here already!
• The "class" part is to align the video to the left or to the right of the page.

NOTE: At the present moment, we are only embedding videos that have been first uploaded to srichinmoy.tv. If you have a video you would like to include on the site, please first contact tejvan via MMS about uploading it to srichinmoy.tv
